The engineering club competition will be held on Thursday, April 25 from 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm at Henry Ford College, Main Campus. We call for teams of 2-4 HFC students to design, equip, wire, and program a robot car. In the competition, every two robots fight together to gather more balls.
Competition Prep Sessions Tuesday and Thursday, from 3:00 – 5:00 pm, M-TEC Building, MT-115
This year’s theme is RoboSoccer. We require teams of 2-3 students to design, equip, wire, and program a robotic car. During the competition, we put 20 balls in the middle of the field. Each pair of robosoccers, will engage in a battle to gather as many balls and bring them to their end zone. Robosoccers should defend their end zone from oncoming thefts while striving to accumulate the highest number of balls within the allotted 5-minute round. At the end of each round, a robosoccer with the most number of balls wins.
